From the age of 17, Chantel knew that her true calling was to help others and become a Psychologist. She has continued on this journey of rigorous study since leaving high school, and despite the challenges she faced (e.g. self identity), her passion for pursuing her career never faltered.

Chantel believes that therapy is not just about addressing difficulties but also about fostering resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth. By being immersed in all the current changes of the last two decades, she understands firsthand how life’s struggles can shape us, and this insight allows her to connect with clients on a deeply interpersonal level. Her therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, ensuring that each client feels heard, seen, supported, and empowered on their journey.

At the core of Chantel’s practice is the belief that a strong foundational relationship between therapist and client is essential for meaningful progress. She takes the time to build trust and create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Chantel tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them develop the tools and confidence to navigate life more effectively.

She is passionate about psychology and driven by a deep curiosity about what shapes people’s decisions and motives. She enjoys exploring how past and present experiences influence behaviour and finds fulfilment in continuously learning and evolving her skills.

Personal Interests

Outside of her work as a psychologist, Chantel finds joy in an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She enjoys strength training and pilates, which not only keep her physically strong but also serve as a form of mindfulness and stress relief. Chantel enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s unwinding at the beach or exploring new parks. She has a deep appreciation for travelling, indulging in her adventurous and curious nature. At home, Chantel adores spending time with her beloved cavoodle Lexi. She is also deeply family-oriented and cherishes moments spent with her family and friends.
